Use the touch screen and simple menus to enter an address or select from over six million points of interests to instantly route to virtually any destination. Built-in detailed maps of the U.S. and Canada show your position, destination and route as you travel.

The integrated traffic receiver provides LIVE traffic reports1 so you can easily avoid traffic jams, accidents, road work and more. Your Magellan RoadMate provides warnings along your selected route as you approach an incident. Icons identify the location of traffic issues on the interactive map. Touch an icon to get detailed information about the incident. Your Magellan RoadMate will automatically route you around traffic problems whenever a quicker way is available.

Bluetooth wireless technology, built-in microphone and speaker enable you to use your Magellan RoadMate 6000T to make hands-free phone calls using your Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone.

Take entertainment on the road with the integrated rechargeable battery, music player and picture viewer. Listen to your favorite tunes, watch a slideshow or navigate when you are away from your vehicle.
